Trasferimento servizio

    Salve a tutti, è la prima volta che scrivo, quindi potrei aver sbagliato , posto argomento etc, abbiate pazienza.
    Spiego brevemente il mio problema, ho un servizio “Hosting WordPress Gestito Smart” su Aruba, dove pago di più, ma ho scoperto che utilizzo questo servizio esattamente come il servizio Hosting Linux che utilizzo in altri siti su altri domini, ho deciso quindi di passare al servizio base Hosting linux che costa un terzo, Aruba però ( logicamente ) dice che facendo il cambio di servizio, anche se sono sempre loro, tutto quando è ospitato sul sito verrà cancellato.
    Qualcuno ha avuto lo stesso problema e potrebbe suggerirmi come trasferire realmente tutto il sito ed il db da un servizio all’atro.

    I suppose the two hosting types may be entirely different platforms. We can’t answer that authoritatively, though, only the hosting provider can.

    If it is two different platforms, you can move WordPress by following the steps at https://wordpress.org/support/article/moving-wordpress/#moving-to-a-new-server

    And if it helps, we can offer support in your native language at https://it.wordpress.org/support/

    Intanto grazie per la risposta.
    Credo che le piattaforme siano identiche, non cambia nulla ( credo) solo che
    una è gestita da Aruba per gli aggiornamenti ed il supporto tecnico, e
    l’altro, sempre su aruba, sempre con db mysql è gestito dall’utente.
    Vado a seguire il supporto in Italiano indicato, ma la cosa che vorrei sapere
    prima di cambiare, è questa: Esiste realmente la possibilità di spostare tutto
    senza perdere nulla?

    Meanwhile, thanks for the reply.
    I believe that the platforms are identical, nothing changes (I think) only
    that one is managed by Aruba for updates and technical support, and the other,
    always on aruba, always with db mysql is managed by the user.
    I’m going to follow the support in Italian indicates, but the thing I would
    like to know before changing, is this: Is there really the possibility of
    moving everything without losing anything?
