Transposh only translating part of the page

If you look at the homepage of this website (http://www.usalaw.com), you will notice Transposh does a good job of handling the translation, but on some subpages, it only translates part of the page. Look at http://www.usalaw.com/community/ and http://www.usalaw.com/verdicts/. Can you explain why this is happening?
