Transposh in main menu: translation links

Hi. I’d like to put the translation switcher in the main menu.
I’ve created a submenu with all the language activated.
In each language i put the link connection to the translation.

When i use the first time from the original language (Italian) it works but if i’m in the translated site in english or other language it’s impossible to change in another language and also the original one.

The Transposh support wrote me quickly to add this code to the link text:
<span class=”no_translate”> This text is not translated </span>

i put it in the Label link name inside the menu with wordpress/aspect/menu/…

Nothing changed… can you help me please???
