 * On one of my sites there is the error:
    The Jetpack server was unable to communicate
   with your site [IXR -32300: transport error: http_request_failed Empty reply 
   from server]
 * Error log contain line:
    [Mon Mar 21 13:36:19 2015] [error] [client 85.235.188.178]
   PHP Warning: json_encode(): Invalid UTF-8 sequence in argument in /home/88388/
   hsv.ru.com/test/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2663, referer: [http://test.hsv.ru.com/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate=true&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s=](http://test.hsv.ru.com/wp-admin/plugins.php?activate=true&plugin_status=all&paged=1&s=)
 * What can I say to my hosting provider about this problem?
    What can I ask they

 * Can you contact your hosting provider and explain to them that we are unable 
   to access your blog via cURL, which is needed in order to use Jetpack on your
   site.
 * You can let them know we tested the following:
 * 1. Check for access to xmlrpc.php via browser:
    [http://test.hsv.ru.com/xmlrpc.php](http://test.hsv.ru.com/xmlrpc.php)
 * That test returned “XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.” which is a valid
   result.
 * 2. Check for access via cURL by running the following command from the command
   prompt:
    [https://gist.github.com/jeherve/b3ff19a7ef206abc2d1d](https://gist.github.com/jeherve/b3ff19a7ef206abc2d1d)
 * Unfortunately, the server returned an empty reply for that request.
 * Could you please provide the information above to your hosting provider so that
   they can correct the server settings to allow cURL access?
 * Let me know how it goes.
