• I’m trying to change the font color for a simple text html in the above header position for the transparent header used on my home page. I can not find a color setting that will affect the text above the header in customizer. Can you point me the right way?

    This is the CSS output that I want to change. I can override it with custom css but thought there must be a setting for it.

    .ast-theme-transparent-header div.ast-masthead-custom-menu-items, .ast-theme-transparent-header div.ast-masthead-custom-menu-items .widget, .ast-theme-transparent-header div.ast-masthead-custom-menu-items .widget-title, .ast-theme-transparent-header .site-header-section [CLASS*="ast-header-html-"] .ast-builder-html-element {
        color: #00000;
    }

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @daspi,

    Please check from the Transparent Header section on the Customizer. You should see HTML Color option.

    I hope it will help.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 🙂

    I see and use it. It’s just not working as reported. It has no effect, it is set now. I have emptied all cache too.

    I want to clarify, HTML color option setting does not work specifically for the above header position in the transparent header. It does work for the inserted menu. See image of my customizer

    Hi @daspi,

    I noticed that you are using the Transparent Header. Would you please try changing the color from the Transparent Header section?

    Please let us know how you go.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 🙂

    Hi Herman,

    Of course, that’s what I did too. It does not work. Another screen shot here. https://ibb.co/FsRQ82K

    Is this a bug, that the color on transparent just won’t change as set in customizer? I keep trying and nothing works. This is strictly for the above header position on transparent header. Other items, like the additional menu above header is working just fine.

    Hi @daspi,

    Thanks for reporting this. I confirm that the same issue is happening on my end. I will report this to our team and we’ll try to fix this ASAP. We are sorry for the inconvenience you may have because of this.

    In the meantime, please use the Text color option to give the color to the text. Refer to this screenshot, please.

    Kind regards,
    Herman 🙂
