 * I can see how to do parallax pics, but I have a huge background image that I
   would occasionally like to show above or below content. I know how to make the
   whole text box transparent, but then its hard to see the text. something like
   the parallax photo block, but transparent through to the background??

 * Hey [@eliazara73](https://wordpress.org/support/users/eliazara73/),
 * I am not sure if I understand what you’re trying to build? Do you maybe have
   an example?
 * Thanks! 🙂

 * Something like this:
    [http://jcornford.com/about/](http://jcornford.com/about/)
 * Where I can either have semi transparent boxes or full transparent areas when
   scrolling down the page. I have tried playing around with the settings for transparencies,
   but can’t get them to work right

 * Ah, yeah. We don’t support transparency in the background. (yet)
 * But we will take that into consideration for upcoming features! 🙂
