Since I am using a slider, I can’t seem to set it up like the pic, where * 1 the logo overlaps a semi-transparent, horizontal stripe 2 a 2nd, darker semi- transparent horizontal stripe encases the nav menu, a phone number, and social media icons * I am using ‘Headway Themes’, where I feel I am limited, as I cannot get that logo to overlap the larger stripe, nor encompass all the 3 items above in a secondary stripe. * Do I have to go to the html or CSS directly to do this?
