 * There is a way to do transparant scrollbars… just well… again, it won’t work 
   with the index.php file in the iframe. does this have anything to do with wordpress
   being 100% web compliant? because that’s annoying 😉
    is there another way to
   this that wordpress will accept? (i have searched previous posts and found nothing

 * Transparent standard scroll bars? No.
    But you may be able to use flash/javascript/
   vbscript ones. I’ve seen those around on various sites. Basically a button that
   when you click it, it causes the page to scroll…
