Translations won’t show on live site

Hi there,

first of all thanks for making plugin available for free. It’s really great.

unfortunately i cannot make it work. Translation works fine, but the translations don’t show up on the site.

i’ve translated the theme of http://www.almababycare.com from english into german (parts of it) but when clicking save it does not show

The “next” and “previous” string should be shown in german here: https://www.almababycare.com/produkt/babybalsam/

The WP backend is running as german in primary language. Cache was cleared in the browser
