Translations do not work because of “esc_html” instead of “esc_html__”

    Hello,

    I noticed that some translations do not work. There reason for this is, that in various places you use “esc_html” where you should use “esc_html__” or “esc_html_e” to make strings get translated.
    I noticed it in the help-docs-metabox.php, metaboxes.announcements.php, page.welcome.php and page.options.php

    It would be really great if you could fix it.
