Translations are so… bad!

I’m having big issues with the translations. They are often not correct and not everything is translated. It also seems that the existing translations are not correctly implemented as I can’t integrate another PO file for example for the de_DE_formal language. It simply doesn’t get loaded. There are several problems all over the place and this beeing the “official” plugin of DHL is pretty bad.
