Translations

Please update the translation information for this plugin. Whilst looking to translate the plugin for my (nl_BE) site, I discovered nl_NL, de_DE and fr_FR language files are shipped with the plugin.
It might also be a good idea to duplicate the nl_NL files to nl_BE (and the fr_FR files to fr_BE for that matter) to support users in Belgium (I had to do this manually in order to get the translation to kick in).
