I would like to have my plugin in german. Do you intend to make it multilingual? I would offer german support. But meanwhile is it hard to find an replace the words: goto, download, preview, .. ?

found in docs-rights.php and docs-the.ist.php
but maybe the files could be adapted to support language-files (po/mo) in future.

What is the difference between german and german (formal). Why do you separat?

There are no files to translate, If you want to be a German Translator I can request you get editors rights. Then you can edit the translations from the “Translate WordPress” site.

I can’t help you with what the difference in langs are you can ask here for clarification:

Yes I want. But does translating wordpress also effect your plugin?

Your are translating mdocs only. Here is the link to all the words used by mdocs.

when you translate a word on the site it is translated. Once you have translated enough the translation will become public and will propagate for public usage.
