When I define my own text for the register button (for example), it appears in WPML String Translation but upon translating those text strings, nothing happens in the front end (cache cleared, visiting as registered user & guest, etc).

    Plugin settings page: https://postimg.org/image/4tdi8e00p/
    Translating with WPML: https://postimg.org/image/918ah51g9/
Front end (button still in English): https://postimg.org/image/41au96vtl/

I also tried to use the default texts but when scanning the plugin for strings to be translated, it gets a domain “default” as you use a function in the code to get your text domain…

Please advise how to use your plugin with WPML, as you say it is fully translatable.

    Best regards,
    Jurgen

  • @tsjemo I am afraid, WooCommerce Product Stock Alert is yet to be compatible with WPML, that is why you are facing this issue.

We have plans to make our plugin compatible with WPML. When we will launch that update I will let you know.

    Moumita

    Hi Moumita,

I set this topic to “not resolved” again as it is not…

This is mentioned on the plugin details page:

    COMPATIBILITY

    WordPress 3.6 or later
    WooCommerce 2.2 or greater
Multilingual Support is included with the plugin and is fully compatible with WPML.

So you should either provide a solution or remove that from the description as that was an important item for me to test your plugin…

@tsjemo We will be releasing the update tomorrow where all this issue will be resolved.

    Kindly wait another day.

    Thank you for your co-operation.

    Regards,
    Moumita

@tsjemo We are extremely sorry for this inconvenience and the delayed updated.

We have just launched our latest version for WooCommerce Product Strock Alert ( 1.4.0), which is now compatible with WooCommerce 3.0.x

Please download and install the latest version and check this again.

Let us know if you face any other issue.

    Regards,
    Moumita
