Please follow ALL steps on this guide:

    http://blog.calendarscripts.info/how-to-translate-a-wordpress-plugin/

When the steps are followed it always works.

We are unable to provide assistance on individual cases. You have to solve this yourself.

    Does not work whatever

I always thought WordPress is OS-Thinking. And I have your pro version. Anyway

If you have Pro you can contact support by email. However the recommendation will be the same – to follow the guide. We have been contacted many times about such issues and it always always ALWAYS have been people not following the guide.

If you are that only exception in a million that has followed everything and it still doesn’t work I can’t be of much help either because we don’t know more about WP translations than you do. It’s the core WordPress code that handles translations. Our plugin can only follow the rules and recommendations and it does it. We can only check and confirm whether it works or doesn’t.
