    Hy,

First thanks for this nice Plugin.

I`m from German an need to translate some Front-End Elements so my customers with no english knowledge can understand the process.. especially the older ones.

Ok so i tried to change the index.php dictionary section manually by changing the entries i need translated. > doesnt work

then i tried manually with the .POT file and POEdit and uploaded the resulting PO file to the language folder where the POT file was located > doesnt work

then as a last resort i tried with Loco translate Plugin which also dont works.
to add, Loco is seeing the created PO file created with POEdit. But the front-end elements dont change

I already tried to help you translating the whole Plugin at the WordPress Plugin translation helper site, but i only need the translation of some elements.

Please advise me how to change some front-end string to display in my language

    Hello,

Do you have a mo(Machine Object) file? if you dont have it, get the mo and po files of the “only matching the filter”.
    Mo and po files: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/booking-package/dev/de/default/
Change the mo and po file name to “booking-package-de_DE.mo” and “booking-package-de_DE.po”.

Then try uploading it below place.
    /wp-content/languages/plugins or /wp-content/plugins/booking-package/languages

    thank you.

    I’ll try it.

Please confirm the Translations i made on this site: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/booking-package/dev/de/default/

    Ok i tried it now.

    next problem:

It works but not every string got translated, they are in fact translated in the .mo and .po file

as an example, on the booking process there`s a String which says “Please fill in your details”, “Booking Date”, “Terms of Service” and “i agree”.
these are not translated on the page, but they ARE translated in the MO and PO files.
    wheres the problem?

    Hello,

    What are the untranslated words?

    (@sandrostross)

i managed to get it work.
it was my fault for some translations.
the cause was my trial to fix it in the dictionary .php file and i messed it up for some words.

for now everything except “Terms of Service” and “I agree” are translated.
and im also sure that im not the culprit this time.

How to get these two also translated?

    Hello,

You need to change the words of the “Terms of Service” and “I agree” in the “Form fields” tab on Booking Package > Calendar setting > Your calendar.

    Thank you.
