I have the same problem. Please help.
Have you created a .mo file for your language in /languages folder?
How should I name the .mo file and where should I put it?
Hello. I can not translate the inscription votes into Russian. I use the plugin Loco Translate. The error is written – Translation set not known in kk Star Ratings. How can I fix it? Sincerely, Gennady.

@webstudiogk, I have translated plugin using GlotPress, since Loco may not always provide the best results you want.
Language pack will be created witin a hour, use Консоль – Обновления – Обновить переводы, to update translations and check if things will work for you.
Did you make updates? I check in the site console and there is no update.
Thank you!) The Russian language has already been installed!)))
Where do you place the file? What name do you use?
Hi guys 😉
Locate the legend.php file in /wp-content/plugins/kk-star-ratings/views and edit it with Notepad or similar.
Locate line 9
<?= _n('vote', 'votes', $count, 'kk-star-ratings') ?>
And translate the words “vote” and “votes” into your language.
It’s a pity that the author didn’t pass this parameter to the .pot file to be translated.
Make a backup of the original file just in case 😉
Greetings
You can create a language translation file with Poedit using the .pot file included in the “language” folder of the plugin files.
Translate whatever you wish including “votes”.
Name the created .mo file to: kk-star-ratings-nn_NN.mo where nn and NN need to be the same as your WordPress language.
Upload this file to the folder “/wp-content/languages/plugins” in your WordPress website.
Done.
This a standard practice to translate themes and plugins. Always look for the .pot file. It’s usually included with themes and plugins. As it should be 🙂
