Hi josefilho1,
Please ignore the Language Dropdown, it’s for XML Language importing option. The XML Phrases are designed for quick translation of front-end phrases. For complete and more professional translation you should use wpForo POT file and create MO PO files for Portuguese_BR.
As far as I know this is already done, you just need to change your WordPress language in Dashboard > Settings > general admin page and wpForo will be automatically loaded with Portuguese_BR translation.
If you check wpforo/wpf-languages/ folder you’ll find wpforo-pt_BR.mo and wpforo-pt_BR.po files. in case you want to update these files you should use wpforo.POT and Poedit software. More info in doc:
https://wpforo.com/docs/root/translation/translate-using-pot-file/
I’m using google translator…
I have both files (PO and MO) in the Portuguese language, in the corresponding folder in my ftp. And my blog is set up in the Portuguese language, since I’m Brazilian. But only a few things appear in Portuguese, the menu bar for example is all in English, as you can check the link.
In the front-end terms tab, all words are in English. Will I have to translate one by one, to have everything in Portuguese?
Thank you!
Make sure you’ve chosen Portuguese_BR not a simple Portuguese in WordPress language settings.
Also please note, the menu and some other parts are not included in translation files, you should edit and translate those manually. For example, the menu is a regular WordPress menu, you can manage it in menu admin page. Please read this doc before starting to translate:

Hi josefilho1,
I’m sorry but I didn’t follow you. wpForo has own login page. Here is that:

Nice! Is that when we click on the “forgot my password” link. We are directed to the common wordpress password reset screen. Can you change that?
