I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the plugin’s translation and support. I want to offer my sincere apologies for letting you down here – definitely not our intention and will seek to do better in the future.
With this in mind, I want to take a moment to clarify a couple of things here. Indeed, certain strings are not translatable at the moment. We are aware of this and started working on a new update that will solve this and integrate it with WPML or other multilingual plugins.
Now, regarding support, I honestly have to say, I think it is an incredibly unfair statement. Because we do not have an ETA for the new update and because we wanted to help asap, we offered to help make those strings translatable for you so you can move on with your project. We are committed to get things sorted for you and are working on this as we speak. Because this review is regarding the premium plugin, we will keep the conversation going on our official support email.
Hopefully we can make things right with a little more work and patience.
