    Hey Guys,

    I am just testing your Plugin and it seems to work fine!

    I am willed to buy the Pro Version but before I need to know, how to translate the Event Site in German. Like: Organizer, Venue etc.
    Second: How to style the Event Site. I want to change the Header Area and the Color, maybe the size of the imported picture.

    Thanks for your support!

    Best regards,

    Hello @iromek,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.
    Date and Time are auto translate as per site language. but for venue and other details you need translation plugin.
    you can choose among free plugins like Polylang or qTranslate X both are great.

    =>you can change color and image by using custom css as per your requirement.

    You can increase image height by below custom css. please set height as per your requirement.

    .ife_event .img_placeholder {
    min-height: 150px !important;
    }

    You can change the background color ( Import Facebook Events Pro ) in your own color by below custom css. please set color as per your requirement.

    .ife_event .event_date {
    background-color: #039ED7 !important;
    }

    .ife_event .event_desc .event_title{
    color: #039ED7 !important;
    }

    Hope this will be helpful to you.

    Thanks,
    Xylus Themes.

    Hey Xylus Themes,

    thanks for quick support! The styling worked awesome! Thank you!

    One more… I chose loco translate to translate the strings into german. Sadly it does not work.. although Loco translate works for every other part of the page. WordPress is set to German too. You can check it here:

    Hello @iromek,

    Details are generated dynamically so it will not display in “Loco translate”. it will be auto translate as per your website language.so change your WordPress language to German so its works fine.

    Please check link for Language settings

    Hey Xylus Themes,

    once again thank you for the quick support!
    Site language is set to german as explained in the video. The menu itself (WordPress backend) is german too, except the one of “Facebook Import”.

    The Frontend is still: Time: am-pm, Organizer, Time, Venue.

    Any other idea?

    Thank you and best regard,

    Hello @iromek,

    Some Frontend words like (Organizer, Time, Venue) need to convert using .po and .mo files. You can download .po from here (https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/import-facebook-events/stable/de/default) which partially translated in Germen. using this .po file you will be able to translate strings from Loco Translate.

    Let us know if you have any other doubts or difficulties.

    Thanks.

    Hey Guys,

    I feel so sorry.. but it is not working..

    I downloaded the .po file from the Link above. Put it via ftp to the right plugins folder. Loco now finds the file for your plugin.Great so far! I am able to translate the strings. I translate all the words I need and then save it. But nothing happens. Not in the frontend, nor in the backend.

    I really thank you for all the support. Hope we find a solution. Translation-problems like this never happened before.

    Beste regards,
    iRomeK
