Translation strings are not exist for [mycred_cashcred]

    I place the shortcode [mycred_cashcred] to display the points withdrawal form.
    There is no translation strings for all text of the form in mycred-ja.po.
    I use “Loco Translate” plugin.

    How can I translate the form?

    Please share the texts with us which you want to translate. We have already added translation support in mycred_cashcred shortcode but if it’s not working then please share a short video.

    “Selected gateway details are incomplete.”.
    Could you tell me what “Selected gateway details” is?

    Thanks for your patience.

    The selected payment gateway means which payment method you want to use for payout. It is necessary for the user to enter correct details in the fields to make it work.

    Though I selected Bank transfer like this, I get the error message.

    I did the translation how you did on the video, but nothing changed.
