  • Hey guys,

    Huge thanks for this plugin BUT, I have few problems… Even if all is translated into french (with WPML) AND for those who are not working, in the live customizer, when I made some real tests, ORDER IS PROCESSING and COMPLETE emails are not, and go back to english language… 🙁

    Do you have a fix for that before I have to change the plugin? Sadely cause it’s a super job!

    Hey Ben,
    Are you using a translation plugin in addition to wpml? Such as loco translate? You should be able to translate from these in the string translations.
    Let me know if that’s not the case for you!

    Yes, WPML is activated, Loco translate, everything is translate everywhere, still, the processing/ complete emails are still in english?… 🙁

    Which language are you triggering the emails from? For example, is your admin set to English?

    French, and yes, everything is in french in admin… really don’t understand why it’s not working! 🙁

    Yeah that is odd, I can’t recreate when I test. Try going to woocommerce > status > tools > and creating the template cache.

    Else can you send me screen shots of your settings perhaps something will stick out.
