    Hello, we recently installed Kadence E-mail customizer plugin which is compatible with your plugin. When we are sending an email to our customers, all of the email is in Turkish (Our translated language) but the tracking information provided by AST is in English.

    Our admin is in English and site languge is Turkish. Help is appreciated.

    I would like to add this small piece of information that I figured out:

    – If the user language is set to site default (Which is Turkish), the tracking by AST is not translated.
    – If the user language is set to Turkish, the tracking by AST is still not translated.

    Hello, I just figured out the problem and we are STILL looking for help. We removed Kadence E-mail customizer to see if the problem was with their plugin and it was not.

    Our site language is Turkish but me as admin user have set my language to English > This is causing the emails to be not translated in Turkish despite the fact that our site default language is in infact Turkish.

    Hi, please make sure that you are working under the default language – go to dashboard – from the WPML languages menu – choose all languages and manage your orders and change statuses in this state and not in specific language, if you have further issues, please contact the WPML plugin developer since this is related to their plugin and it happens with any custom order status email. not only the ones created by our plugin.
