Translation of emails

I translated the plugin into Danish via Loco Translate to use it on my site and I ran into an issue.

The email that is being sent to a customer when a product is back in stock is sent out in English.

The other emails on sign-up and admin notification are sent out in Danish as expected.

The site is using Polylang and WooPoly for translations and is set up to use order language for emails.

I tried to move the translation files to a different folder as you suggested in an earlier topic regarding translations. That did not fix the issue.

Any hints on how to solve this?
