Translation of custom text

    Hi support.
    I have an isue with the Kadence Woocommerce email designer.
    I’m using Woocommerce in 3 languages, translated with WPML (Woocommerce Multi Lingual installed).
    In the “Customer processing order”, I have a custom text in the email content field, which i written in Danish.
    If I switch to Swedish (in admin), the text remains in Danish. If I translate this text to Swedish, the text in the Danish admin also translates to Swedish. So I can’t separate the two languages.
    If I switch to English the text is a robot text “Thank you for you order and so on…”.
    How can I make a custom text to all 3 languages ? (in the email content field)

    Hey,
    You would need to use the string translation options within WPML string translation and translate the email body text which is registered there.

    Thank’s for the quick reply 🙂

    It’s not the string itself that needs translation. It’s the content of the text field under the string email body text.
    In danish the string is named “email indholdstekst”. But the box where I write the custom text (in this case the text below) which is a long description to the customer about shipping pickup and so on.

    There’s no way of inserting screenshot in this forum, is there ?

    Text that should be translated to English and Swedish:

    I did a rescan of te strings in WPML for Kadence email designer plugin, and now I think I have found the right string…
