Translation of a theme

    Hi,

    we need to translate whole theme(Porto) to Bulgarian.
    Can we export everything in English, translate it into Bulgarian and upload it again.
    Or we need to translate everything separately word by word.
    Does the plugin provide ready translations of themes / plugins?

    You can do that with WordPress, using any offline editor. This plugin not required.

    Or we need to translate everything separately word by word.

    This plugin is a file editor. It is designed for you to translate your files, as you say – word-by-word.
