    1. Has anyone else had any problems with translating the text?
    I’ve downloaded the .pot file and used an application called ‘poedit’ to make translations to some of the notification text. The application has worked well so far with everything else related to bbpress and buddypress. For some reason i can’t seem to change any of the preset texts for example “Achievement Unlocked”. I would sincerely appreciate any kind of help to get the texts translated.

    2. the achievement unlock notification seems to pop-up nice and quick. Lovin it!
    One thing I would love to setup is to have the notification pop-up window up until the
    user manually closes it down.

    Any help with either of these trouble shootings will be greatly appreciated !

    Just to update this forum thread: after a bunch of exchanges, we figured this out. The .po file included in the plugin is out of date and is missing some strings that are used in the latest version of the plugin. My mistake!

    I’ll make sure to update the .po file in the next version.

    Cool it works !

    I was finally able to get the translation to work as I had hoped !

    Thanks again for the patient help with this issue.

    One other thing tho,

    Where would I need to look to adjust the duration time of the notification message? I want to try letting it hover just a bit longer than it does now. The response time is awesome – quick.
    I just want it to stay up long enough for the user to read through everything and possibly even let it stay until the user closes that window. Would this be possible?

    Hey there, working at an translation into german.
    I got this “Better PoEdit” tool to read the pot file. But it only spits out an .mo file – no .po

    Where can I put my translated file to test it? I renamed it to de_DE.mo but no idea where to put it in the folder structure…

    Hello, you don’t really need the .po file if you have the .pot file.
    The .mo file is the one you need, just place it in the plugins/achievements folder that is how mine works.

    Oh grooovy!!!
    Seems to work, so I can complete the translation. When satisfied I´ll send a copy to Paul of course.
