Have you downloaded the .po and .mo files to your languages folder and have you updated your site language in general settings or wp-config.php?
There’s no reason why the translations shouldn’t show up on the frontend as the plugin is translation ready. Please check the wordpress translation guide very well.

The lite version translation doesn’t apply to the premium version as they are different plugins with different text strings in some areas. They would need separate translation files.

There is usually no need to download the files and install manually, because WordPress itself offers the translation as an update.
In fact, that’s what happened, the files are installed in the “languages/plugin” folder as they should.
    See FTP evidence: https://snipboard.io/slJSg0.jpg
See how the translation files are translated correctly: https://snipboard.io/wIOMEC.jpg
But notice how the active plugin on the site seems to ignore language files: https://snipboard.io/cVG3Jw.jpg

Could you check if it’s working for you too?

    Thanks for pointing this out.

There was a bug preventing translations from the wordpress languages directory from showing up. I have fixed it now. Please download the latest update of the plugin (2.3.4).

I’ve updated the plugin but it is still not working 🙁

    My mistake!
    Everything is fine 😀
