• Hello,
first thanks for the plugin, I am new to WP so I may ask a basic question.
I use the travelista theme, it has a pot file and translation files.
I am using the plugin and doing everything from the wordpress admin dashboard
The french one is incomplete, I followed the guide. I synchronized it, got the whole POT file in the fr-FR.po and did some translations.
I saved it and got a message all OK and well. I can see my translations if I open the file again.
But they do not show in my web page. What step did I miss ? thanks for any pointer

Please also note that I cannot investigate compatibility problems with premium themes.

    Thank you, I understand this.
I have 2 small questions that will help me, if you could.

I do not have access to the computer, I use only the webadmin pages.
Is there anyway I can delete from the plugin page the translations that exist ? I have added a new one, but I think that if I could begin from a clean slate (with only the original pot file) it will be much better.

Also, looking at the theme php files, I see that the domain declared is different than the theme name (and main directory name). Would this work with the plugin, or does this make a problem (and that would be the reason) ?

Thanks, I am learning as fast as I can 😉

    1. You would need access to the server to delete the files. The plugin doesn’t currently have a delete option. It was never intended for this purpose. The next version will.

    2. This is a common pitfall. If the theme doesn’t declare the alternative name then yes, it’s a very likely reason.
