Translation loading error in debug

I created my own custom Size Guide plugin to match my needs also added translation files

But still get debug error, I know error belongs to other plugins but I posted here because my plugin related to woocommerce

Translation loading for the <code>ninja-forms</code> domain was triggered too early. This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Yes, it has been fixed here, but the fix will be included in the next update.

That error appearing in debug continously not just once, it can affect website performance or just ignore it?

The error message should not affect the performance of your site. Are you able to confirm if this affects your site in anyway?
