Glad you reached out, this is a great question. I attempted to locate that string using Say What? as well, and wasn’t able to find it.
GiveWP recommends the use of Loco Translate for translations, and it will definitely get you going. When I searched for the “funded” string in Loco I was able to locate and translate it.

For that 66% you are interested in displaying, I would recommend having a look at our Create Your Own GiveWP Shortcode tutorial. We don’t have a parameter for what you are looking for just yet, but you could certainly create one to fit your needs.
