Translation french – hebrew

    Hello, I need your help!

    I have to make a website with wordpress for an french institution in Israel. So this website need to have two languages (that you can choose with flags) : french and hebrew.

    I install the thema : Twenty Eleven

    How can I do to have a tool to translate from french to hebrew ? And also a tool to change the disposition of the website (because the hebrew is read from to right to the left.
