It’s possible that Loco can’t understand how the theme is set up, and has saved the files with the wrong names. It’s also possible that the theme is set up wrongly. Either way, issues with paid-for themes can’t be investigated.

The theme’s name is Renden_Pro and Loco saved it as Renden_Pro-kk.mo /.po in kazakh language. I guess it’s correct, cause other themes also saved as theme name .mo / .po. There is also free version of Renden theme, here is the link: https://wordpress.org/themes/renden/ . Could you please help? I need my translation files not to be removed, cause I update my theme regularly. Thank you!

I just tried with the free version of the theme and have no issues using the global languages directory.

I was having a similar issue, and then I’ve noticed that my theme was missing the Text Domain in the style.css file 🙂

    Text Domain: twentysixteen
