Translation & Email Trigger Issues with on WPML Multisite Woocommerce
-
Hello Notifima Support,
We are using your plugin Notifima – WooCommerce Stock Manager, Inventory Management, Waitlist on a WooCommerce multisite network setup, where each site supports Arabic and English using WPML.
The plugin works well in general, but we’re facing several critical translation and notification-related issues:
Issues Faced:- Notify Button Not Translating:
- The “Notify Me” button is not appearing translated on the Arabic product pages.
- We tried translating it via WPML String Translation, but it still displays in English.
- Email Sent in Wrong Language:
- Initially, the email was correctly sent in Arabic when subscribed from the Arabic product page.
- Now, even when a customer subscribes from the Arabic page, the email is sent in English.
- Stock Sync Issue – Email Not Sent:
- WPML syncs product stock status between English and Arabic versions.
- When we update the English product to “in stock”, the Arabic product also becomes “in stock” automatically.
- But in this case, the Arabic email is NOT sent — the only way it works is if we manually go to the Arabic product page in the backend and click the “Update” button.
- This is a serious issue, as stock updates happen mostly on English versions and the Arabic subscribers are not notified unless the Arabic product is manually updated.
You can test these two products :

Please : - Help us fix the Notify Me button translation.
- Ensure emails are sent in the correct language, based on the language in which the product was subscribed.
- Investigate the issue where email is not triggered when only the English product is updated to in-stock (but the Arabic stock sync happens).
We appreciate your support on this.
Best regards,
Sahith K.
