Translation doesn’t work/load

Hello,
I’m using your Guestbook plugin. It’s realy great, but I’ve got one issue. The Polish translation, despite being in gwolle-gb/lang folder, doesn’t work properly. Some strings are loaded in Polish but some (like “wrote on” – important because it’s frontend) are not, despite being translated in .po file.
Those strings are even translated on glotpress page of this plugin.
How is this possible?
