Hello, I’m very happy with this plugin but I encounter one problem concerning a few translations of my homepage, which aren’t shown in their latest version on the mobile version. On the desktop version everything is correct.

Before it was not a problem, all the translation corrections were immediately incorporated in the mobile version.

Is there a way how to translate directly what’s on the mobile version?

    I’m using Translatepress

    Thank you

    Hi @yarav

    thank you!

This is because you should translate also the mobile pages. When you translate a page, you do it for the desktop version.

To translate the mobile pages you should:
    – Log in to your backend using Google Chrome, or whatever browser has the mobile simulator
    – In the admin top bar of your backend click on “Translate site”
    – Select the page that you want to translate (second dropdown list)
    – Inspect elements, usually right-click => Inspect Elements or F12
    – Click on the mobile icon (in Google Chrome it’s a smartphone and a tablet)
    – Refresh the page. Then you should see the mobile page ready to be translated.
    – Translate the strings that you want to translate
    – Save
    – Clear all the cache if any

I’ve tested on my installation and it works. Let me know if it works also for you.
