Thanks for asking. The strings for the TinyMCE 4.x plugins are translated in WP. If any of the “table” strings are missing, best would be to open a core trac ticket to add them, here: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/src/wp-includes/class-wp-editor.php#L1130. The translations are (probably) already available from the TinyMCE’s website.
