Translating theme RealHome

Hello,

I bought a wordpress theme named:’Real Homes’

I translated the whole website using Qtranslate, almost perfect!
The main menu and article are translating succesfully.

But unfortunately there are some features that needs to be translated also. But I can’t find the correct way to do this?

Is there someone who can help me with this?

Example: Is there a way to translate ‘Find Your Home’ ?

for clarity: I want to make use of 2 languages. So not just translating the english into something else, but adding a different language is my goal.
