    “By” and “Comments” are strings provide by your theme. You can translate them with Codestyling Localization which is no more on the WordPress directory. Or you can do that with Loco translate.

    “avril 24th, 2015”: go in Settings > Languages > Strings translation: change the format of “Date Format”.
