Translating "more" and navigation bar item

    I’m using the Twenty Ten theme for a French site, http://kanarvag.org/ (here), and I cannot work out how to get commands like “more” into French (it comes up with “Continue reading”). My home page is static and named “Accueil”, but the navigation bar still shows “Home”. There are other bits and pieces still in English. How do I fix this, please?
