# Translating Mailchimp validations

 * Hi,
 * I am using the embedded signup form from Mailchimp. I translated the form to 
   Dutch using the Mailchimp website, however the website doesn’t give you the option
   to translate validations.
 * I also would like to remove the asterisk of the email field label, and add ‘(
   optional)’ to the name field.
 * I only have basic CSS/HTML knowledge, so I don’t know where in my files I can
   find this component and edit the validations and input labels.
 * Any ideas on how I can edit the validations and input labels?

 * I’m not using the Mailchimp plugin but the website itself. Thanks for sharing
   that link, I’ll post this query on the Mailchimp support forum instead.
