Somehow I cannot translate images within brizy page builder.
I can define an image to replace within the alternate language but the image does not get replaced.

I tried it with a non.brizy-page and the same image gets replaced.

I suspect the brizy tag of the original image to be the culprit, since it is not loaded from the original upload folder but from within an brizy folder within the upload folder…

anyone with some experience of the combination of the two?

    thanks

    Hello,

I will try to replicate this issue on my local machine and get back to you with an answer.

Until then ,as a workaround, you could try using our conditional shortcode to display content based on language:https://translatepress.com/docs/translation-shortcode/

    Hello again,

I was able to translate images inserted via Brizy without coming across any issues.

If you can’t see the blue pen , maybe try searching for the specific image in the string list drop down from your translation editor.

Let me know how this goes.

    Best wishes,

    Hey Dragon,

    thanks for checking…

I tried the shortcode approach. It does not work either!
    Have a look at this:

    Any further suggestions?

(I do have the blue open btw, when trying the edit within brizy…)

    Hello again,

I’ve created a request for our developers to try to manage this issue.

Unfortunately, we don’t have a timeframe for when it will be resolved, a possible fix will be available starting with one of the further versions of our plugin.

    With the best wishes,
