Translating custom user meta (ACF fields)

    Hi,

    I have some custom user meta fields that have been added with Advanced Custom Fields.
    Is there a ‘proper’ / supported way to translate them?

    (My ‘hack’ would be to save a version of the field with the language code in the name and pick it myself in the template checking against pll_current_language – but is there a better way?)

    Hi Chrysti,

    Thanks for the link – that looks a useful plugin but not quite what I’m after as I need multiple languages to be available for a single user (like the way Polylang automatically creates multiple Biography fields).

    You can inspire you to the biography code in the admin-filters.php and user.js
