  • Hello,

    At the moment i am translating a WP theme with the __( and _e( functions and poedit. Now for words and sentences it works ok, but i don’t know what to do with ‘hardcoded’ body text in the theme?

    Can i just do something like:

    __(‘WordPress is web software you can use to create a beautiful website or blog. We like to say that WordPress is both free and priceless at the same time.

Over 60 million people have chosen WordPress to power the place on the web they call “home” — we’d love you to join the family.’,’my-theme’);

    Is there a maximum size function __( and poedit can handle???

    regards
