I wish I could; but I don’t have the power to do that. I have virtually no power to impact translations outside of begging people to help.
There should be people listed as general translation editors for the language; you can try contacting them to be made the CPE.

Should be available already! I can see them listed in the plugin page, at any rate, which is usually the major step required.
