translatepress stopped working and can’t translate page

    Hi,

    It was working fine before migration. I just migrated to new server and now translatepress not working. I can’t click Translate Page on Admin Bar (screenshot https://gyazo.com/45bb06245cbdbb9fc28138cb3b1a32bf)

    and when I go to TranslatePress settings and click Translate the loading keeps on forever and not getting string (screenshot = https://gyazo.com/993138069b38cae574bbb062801a0da3)

    I tried deactivate plugin one by one but still error
    I tried wp debug but no error regarding translatepress.

    my other website is fine using translatepress even after migrating from same old server to same new server.

    Hello,

    Thank you for reporting this. Here are some steps to debug this:

    * see if you have any javascript errors in the browser console https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Your_Browser_to_Diagnose_JavaScript_Errors . A printscreen could help.
    * if you have any security or minification plugins please deactivate them and try again. Some caching plugins also have minification settings that can break javascript code, so for testing purposes please disable any caching as well.
    * try and open the website in a different browser just to exclude a browser add-on that might interfere with javascript.

    Tried your suggestion but not working.

    2. Tried to deactivate caching and plugins – still not working
    3. Tried Edge & Firefox, still the same.

    While my other website just fine.
