yes please :), however translations are now managed directly on wordpress.org.

I see that you are already a contributor to the nl locale.

If you are able to maintain the translation, we can suggest your name as PTE so you can accept translations.

these are inserted as data attributes in the HTML itself, you can change them there.

I realise that the current labels are not using the localization functionality, I have changed this in the code and it will be release with v4.11 I am currently working on.

No problem. I will finish the dutch translation on wordpress.ord and will be happy to maintain it.

You may want to see this tutorial on toggles, there is quite a lot that can be done with them.

    Hi @mholkamp
I have had a look at your translation suggestions. They do not follow our guidelines and glossary. For instance the usage of capitals is incinsistent. Also the translation of slide is not “knop”
I would advice you to check the glossary and revise your suggestions.

Hey @psmits1567 thanks for taking a look at @mholkamp translations, I have been encouraging him to complete the nl locale translation for this plugin and to get the PTE access in order to continue to maintain it for future version.

@mholkamp please note that WP makes concerted efforts to keep common words translation consistent across the platform by maintaining a glossary of these words. The nl local glossary can be access from any plugin translation page (top right corner).

Also the translation of slide is not “knop”

@psmits1567 looking at the glossary, the word ‘slide’ in not included, but ‘slider’ is and is the same word in the translation. So I assume ‘slide’ can be used as is in the nl translation?

    Hi @aurovrata

If the verb slider is in the original, then it stays as slider in the nl translation.
My apologies for indicating the wrong verb.
I corrected the line with “knop”, so it meets the glossary.
    Hope this helps you

@psmits1567 and @aurovrata thanks for the possitive feedback.
I will digg in to it this weekend and make the translation regulation compatibel.

    Keep you posted!

thank you for the prompt reply @psmits1567

My apologies for indicating the wrong verb.

no issues, I guess this is a case of lost in translation 🙂

However, the word ‘slide’ is used only as a noun in the plugin.
