Support » Plugin: Complianz - GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent » Translate WP Google Maps button & text

  • Resolved marianssen

I’m using the WP Google Maps plugin in czech wordpress. The text shown below the map (before cookies are accepted) is shown incorrectly (the í character is not rendered correctly) and the “I agree” button is not translated.

How can I change the content of these two texts? I couldn’t find the strings in Loco and in settings of both plugins.

    Thank you

    Hi @marianssen,

The string “To enable Google Maps cookies, click on I Agree”, is translatable, and you should be able to find it in Loco Translate. I can see it in the repository translation, where you can also suggest changes.

The “I agree” text, comes from the WP Google Maps plugin, and can be translated in their text domain. So in Loco translate you should select the WP Google Maps plugin to find it.

    Hope this helps!
