Translate woocommerce and shop image sizes

Hi.

1. I need to translate woocommerce to norwegian but can not figure out how to do it. Anyone know how I can do that. Are there any plugins available?
2. How can I adjust the sizes of the images I use on my shop- site?

If you look at the url provided you will see the images sizes. I would like to display them smaller, like 150p X 150p so there is room for a larger menu. Thanks.
