Is it possible to translate this plugin with loco translate?
I’m creating a template first, then create a new language for the plugin and setting the location to custom (I have tried all other options as well.) Then at the last step I’m translating the strings , clicking save and sync. The same process I have followed for other plugins/themes and it works.
    Please check screenshots at Screenshots
However in this case the translation doesn’t appear at the frontend. I have chosen to translate random strings at the backend as well (like the settings of the plugin) but no translated strings appear.

    Any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello! Same problem here!
I’ve created a template, then added a new language for the plugin, in a custom location, and translated some strings but it doesn’t appear at the frontend.
    How did you solved it?
    Thanks

I didn’t find any way to translate it. The newest version has classes at the html markup and i used those to hide the text with css

    Thank you for your reply!

I did the same -> display none for all the text, but I would like to replace “Attachment”, still not translated.

It’s an excellent plugin but I’m stuck on this problem, that should be simple to solve with Loco Translate…

    Hello @drazon,

I’m sorry to be late with the reply.

    Any ideas?

At the moment I have no idea why DCO Comment Attachment is not compatible with Loco Translate. I added an issue about it to GitHub. You can subscribe to stay turned.

You can also use filters in php code. For example, this snippet will hide “The maximum upload file size:”.
    add_filter( 'dco_ca_form_element_upload_size', '__return_empty_string' );

    Hello @shibby15,

I would like to replace “Attachment”

You can use the Say What? plugin.
